How do I place an order?
Fill out the Custom Order Inquiry form and we will respond within 48 hours finalize details and to answer any further questions you may have.
Can you ship your cookies?

Can you provide nut-free or gluten free options?

How do I pick up my order?
All orders will be picked up from Java Jackets Coffee House during business hours. We will touch base with you the week before your order’s due date to finalize pick up and payment details.
Is a deposit required?
A 50% non refundable deposit is due within 48 hours after confirming your order. We can not book your order until the deposit is received. The final balance of your order is due at the time of pick up.
How long will the cookies stay fresh?
Cookies packaged in the box will stay fresh for at least one week. Cookies individually wrapped will stay fresh for up to two weeks. You can also freeze the cookies by placing them into an air tight container or freezer bag where they will stay fresh and perfectly tasty for up to 5 months.
How much notice do I need to give to place my order?
We need at least a two weeks notice for all orders. For orders placed with less than a two weeks notice, the full payment will be required up front to place the order.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Life is crazy, we are one to certainly understand that! If you find that you must cancel your order, a credit of your deposit will be given towards a future purchase as long as the cancellation is 7 days before the order’s due date. Any cancellation with less than a 7 days notice will unfortunately not be credited.
